Less development before sampling
Prepared Collection styles reduce the amount of product development required before sampling begins.
Elkaiva collections
Ready to Wear Private Label Collections begin from product foundations Elkaiva has already developed. Clients select a style, configure approved materials, colors, fit options, trims and branding, submit the selection for pricing, complete required approvals, and move into manufacturing under their own label.
A faster product path
Elkaiva Ready to Wear Private Label Collections give brands access to developed product directions that can move into private-label adaptation, sampling, and manufacturing. Choose the styles that fit your customer and assortment, then configure the approved options for your brand.
Prepared Collection styles reduce the amount of product development required before sampling begins.
Once a style is selected and configured, it moves into Elkaiva's sampling, production-readiness, and manufacturing process.

Approved options. Material, color, approved fit adjustments, trims, print or embroidery, labels, hangtags, and packaging, depending on the style.

Major product changes. Substantial changes to pattern, construction, silhouette, functionality, or product concept move into Product Development and Manufacturing.

Natural Fiber Programs
Elkaiva collections can begin with material character, not only silhouette. Natural fibers shape hand feel, drape, warmth, texture, durability, and price positioning. Each lane below connects fiber origin to the private label product categories that naturally follow.
Sheep wool supports a wide private label range, including knitwear, coats, tailored garments, scarves, socks, blankets, rugs, and selected home textiles. Yarn structure and finishing decide whether the result is soft knit, structured outerwear, or warm utility product.
Wool fiber from sheep. Staple length, micron, and fleece cleanliness set yarn quality and later fabric behavior.
Warmth, resilience, texture, and structure. Can read soft and brushed, or firm and tailored, depending on construction.
Coats, knitwear, suiting, scarves, socks, blankets, rugs, and warm home textile programs.
Cashmere is used for premium knitwear and soft luxury layering. It suits sweaters, cardigans, scarves, wraps, elevated loungewear, and refined winter accessories where lightness and softness matter.
Fine undercoat fiber from cashmere goats. Fiber fineness drives the soft hand and elevated price position.
Lightweight warmth, soft drape, refined surface, and a quieter luxury read than heavier wool constructions.
Sweaters, cardigans, scarves, shawls, knit sets, accessories, and lightweight luxury loungewear.
Mohair brings loft, texture, softness, and visual richness. It works in brushed knitwear, statement sweaters, scarves, outer knit layers, and fashion-led programs where texture and warmth carry the product.
Mohair from Angora goats. Longer fiber length supports loft, sheen, and brushed surfaces.
Airy volume, soft halo, strong texture presence, and warmth without heavy weight when engineered well.
Brushed sweaters, textured knitwear, scarves, statement knits, and outer knit layers.
Cotton supports highly versatile Ready to Wear private label collections across apparel, babywear, shirting, jersey, sleepwear, and selected home categories. Construction, weight, and finish decide whether the result is crisp, soft, structured, or casual.
Plant fiber from the cotton boll. Fiber length and cleanliness shape yarn strength and fabric smoothness.
Breathable, adaptable hand, strong dye response, and a wide range from crisp shirting to soft jersey.
Shirts, dresses, babywear, jersey, loungewear, sleepwear, and home textile basics.
Linen suits breathable apparel and relaxed refined products: dresses, shirts, trousers, summer tailoring, and hospitality or home textile categories where texture and airflow matter.
Bast fiber from flax. Natural irregularity gives linen its distinctive texture and cool hand.
High breathability, dry cool touch, visible weave character, and strength that improves with wear and wash when finished correctly.
Dresses, shirts, trousers, resortwear, napkins, table linens, and summer home textiles.
Rug programs turn fiber character into branded floor coverings. Wool pile, construction method, and finishing define hand feel, durability, and how the rug sits in a retail or hospitality space.
Typically sheep wool prepared for rug yarns, with fiber length and resilience chosen for pile recovery and wear.
Warmth underfoot, durable pile, natural texture, and strong pattern definition when yarn and weave are controlled.
Area rugs, runners, patterned floor coverings, and related home textile floor programs for private label retail.

Brand finishing
Once you select a Collection style, Elkaiva confirms which elements can be adapted before sampling. This keeps the underlying product clear while allowing the final presentation to reflect your brand.
Color, approved materials, fit adjustments, trims, print or embroidery, labels, hangtags, and packaging, depending on the selected style.
Approved configurations move into sampling where required, then production readiness, manufacturing, quality control, packaging, and delivery.
Boutiques and retailers
For boutiques, e-commerce retailers, and stores ready to move beyond reselling other labels, Elkaiva Ready to Wear Private Label Collections provide a faster route to proprietary products. Select developed styles, configure the approved options, apply your brand, and move into sampling and manufacturing.
